Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease that may affect any part of the gastrointestinal
system and multiple extraintestinal organs. Right lower quadrant abdominal pain with fever may be
mistaken as a acute appendicitis. Pancreatitis has rarely been reported as a complication of Crohn’s

This study was a review and clinical analysis of 77 cases of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis
at II Sin Christian Hospital from Jan. 1980. to Mar. 1990.
The result was as follows.
1) At age distribution, the most prevalent age group was between 4 weeks and 6 weeks, and ratio
of male to female was about 3.8:1.
